Lessons and Payment Dates 2026-2027

Once we find out your tuition requirements and availability, we check to see which of our suitable tutors are available (for example, if you wanted help with Phonics and Early Reading, we'd ask our Key Stage 1 specialists).  Once we have a tutor in place,  you pay for and receive the first lesson (the tutor will contact you prior to the lesson to introduce themselves too).  

After the first lesson, if you would like to continue with further lessons, we then require payment for the remainder of the half term. Further payments are then required on a half termly basis, payable by the start of each half term (specific dates are below for 2026-2027).

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, just let your tutor know with 24 hours' notice and the credit will roll over to the following half term, otherwise  you may be charged for the missed lesson (at the tutor's discretion).

Any payments which are not received by first day of each half term (see dates below) will be subject to a £15 late payment charge to cover administration costs. Failure to pay this charge will result in your child's place being lost and offered to a student on the waiting list.
